Q: How much hair will I need?

A: For full install we suggest about 10oz. which is about {3 bundles} each bundle is 3.5 oz. We recommend at least 3 bundles and 4 bundles when wearing lengths longer than 24.

Q;What color does this come in?

A: Virgin hair comes in the color natural which is similar to 1b or 2 {may have some brown tones}.

Q: Will this hair shed?

A: Yes, this was once someone’s real hair which grew out of the scalp and as we all should know ALL HAIR SHEDS! However our products have minimal shedding and with the help of weft sealants you should be able to keep shedding to a minimum.

Q: How is the length measured?

A: Body wave, Curly, and Deep wave are all measured when the hair is pulled straight.

Q: Does XXHCo ship to me?

A: We ship orders to all U.S states and Canada at this time.

Q:How long does it take for my order to get to me?

A: There is 2 day processing and 5-7 business days for shipping {may come before, just estimated time period}.

Q: Can this hair be colored?

A: Yes, we suggest a permanent or semi-permanent color, also bleaching to achieve lighter color. However once hair is colored or processed it is no longer virgin hair.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: There are no cancellations or returns once order is placed. However you may exchange if there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of signature.

Q: If I stay in the Philadelphia Area is pick up orders available?
